This will allow us to focus in on the specific property you want based on more detailed criteria. This detailed criteria is placed in our proprietary software to select the specific property you have chosen through. This is a more efficient and effective way for us to locate the property you want.

We end up posting many of our properties here on this website on our Property page… but also, many of our best deals don’t make it to this website because they get sold to our Preferred Buyers List before we have a chance to list them on this website.

When you get an email from us before to open it and look at the available properties fast and contact us if you’re interested in a property right away. Our properties tend to go fast.

  • Exterior Criteria

    Select what you are looking for. So as an example if you are looking for a house with siding that is at least 20 years old where you as the investor will replace it for value play then select it. If it doesn't matter, select ANY.

  • Interior Criteria

    Select what you are looking for. So as an example if you are looking for a house with old fixtures an finishes that need replacement for value play, then select it.

  • Heating / Cooling Criteria

    Select what you are looking for. So as an example if you are looking for a house with Radiant heat then select it. If it doesn't matter, select ANY.Some of our Investors are specific about Steam Heat with older cast iron radiators because they only work only on older home restoration

  • Structural Criteria

    Select what you are looking for. So as an example if you re looking for a house with Standard Wood Frame then select it. If it doesn't matter, select ANY. Some Investors look for properties with structural and foundation problems to get these properties at a deep discount then use their prior experience at solving these problems with their own forces.

  • Site Criteria

    Select what you are looking for. So as an example if you are looking for a house needing work on the Site to with Overgrown trees, landscaping, to obtain Value Play, then select it. Some of our buyesr want Swimming pools that they then rehab or repair, still others want unpaved driveways where they come in and widen,inmprove and pave, all adding Value to the property for resale.
