As architects and engineers we have entitled and negotiated through the municipal planning and zoning processes to permit those real estate investments we have purchased as well as other investors. As architects and engineers we design residential and commercial structures and Site plans. We have designed land, drainage, sewer, water and utilities for major and minor siteworks for real estate investors and our company. So we see a bigger more complete picture of real estate that others do not see and integrate it within the property specific strategy to build new, rezone, re-purpose, increase value and cash flow.
